Cancellation Policy

The consultation service is completely free of charge with no obligation to proceed with any services offered by Step in the Picture, the nature of the consultation is to discover what Step in the Picture can do for you and if the service and/or products suit your requirements. As this is a free service, if you wish to cancel or reschedule I ask that you try to give at least 24 hours' notice so that your appointment time can be offered to others as consultation availability is limited.
