Memorial Casting Workshop - One to One

Service Description

A supportive and personal journey capturing your favourite memories about something meaningful to you. This workshop explores how objects and places hold meaning to our memories. You will be guided through your memories to create a beautiful plaque telling the story of a place, a person, a pet, or even a memorable event. This workshop will involve you bringing along a few objects or photos to work as a foundation to start from. If you are not sure what to bring along please contact me first and I would be happy to talk you through it. All other materials are provided. The studio can cater up to 4 participants per workshop. The booking system will only book 1 person per workshop and the cost is £95 per person. There are group workshop dates available, however, if there is not a group workshop date to suit, please contact us directly before booking if there is a specific date you want to book and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the materials involved in the workshop, we advise suitable clothes are worn as it may get messy. Step in the Picture accepts no liability for any damages to clothes, jewellery or personal belongings whilst participating in a workshop. Step in the Picture reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel a workshop, this includes if the minimum number of workshop participants is not met. In such circumstances, I will endeavour to provide an alternative date, credit or full refund at my discretion. All workshop fees include a 50% non-refundable deposit, if you wish to cancel your place on a workshop I will accept notice no less than 2 weeks before the workshop is due to take place. Step in the Picture will offer an alternative date where possible or a refund of 50% of the ticket value, I regret I do not offer full refunds. For the safety of the staff and everyone participating in the workshops please do not attend if you have any Covid symptoms or have been told to self-isolate. In this circumstance, please inform Step in the Picture before the workshop taking place so an alternative date can be arranged. If the event is advertised with food, please contact Step in the Picture at least 1 week in advance if you have any dietary requirements so these can be passed on to the catering company.
