Service Description

Relax, unwind and be one with nature. Take a trip on this relaxing mindfulness journey exploring the beauty that nature has to offer. A holistically creative workshop where you'll be introduced to the wonders of nature in detail and learn how to preserve the beauty of the outdoors into a piece you can hang in your home. This 3hr workshop is suitable for beginners to advance level. You'll be hands on with clay and plaster to turn out your very own beautiful cast. The workshop doesn't stop there, you'll also learn how to finish off your cast once fully dry at home or if you wanted to continue your journey, you can return to paint your cast on an additional finishing workshop. Due to the materials used this workshop can be quite messy so old clothes are advised. All materials and botanicals will be provided but you are also welcome to bring your own botanicals if you wish. Due to the nature of this workshop the finished result will be ever changing with the seasons. The studio can cater up to 4 participants per workshop. The booking system will only book 1 person per workshop and the cost is £95 per person. There are group workshop dates available, however if there is not a group workshop date to suit, please contact us directly before booking if there is a specific date you want to book and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the materials involved in the workshop, we advise suitable clothes are worn as it may get messy. Step in the Picture accepts no liability for any damages to clothes, jewellery or personal belongings whilst participating in a workshop. Step in the Picture reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel a workshop, this includes if the minimum number of workshop participants is not met. In such circumstances, I will endeavour to provide an alternative date, credit or full refund at my discretion. All workshop fees include a 50% non-refundable deposit, if you wish to cancel your place on a workshop I will accept notice no less than 2 weeks before the workshop is due to take place. Step in the Picture will offer an alternative date where possible or a refund of 50% of the ticket value, I regret I do not offer full refunds. For the safety of the staff and everyone participating in the workshops please do not attend if you have any Covid symptoms or have been told to self-isolate. In this circumstance, please inform Step in the Picture before the workshop taking place so an alternative date can be arranged. If the event is advertised with food, please contact Step in the Picture at least 1 week in advance if you have any dietary requirements so these can be passed on to the catering company.
